Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager or Social Worker for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, MA. The role covers discharge planning for ER, ICU and Med Surg units, with days Monday through Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm and every fourth weekend. Start date is 11/2/2026; Cerner is the primary system.

3+ years of hospital case management experience is required. This assignment offers a competitive pay rate of $1800–$2500 per week, with medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits through AMN

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Hospital Case Manager experience.
• RN Case Manager or Social Worker background preferred.
• Experience with Cerner system.
