Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager in Englewood, CO, to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge and ensure alignment of treatments with recovery goals.

The role requires an active CO/compact RN license, BLS, and 1+ year of acute hospital-based case management experience. 13-week assignment with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts, including weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Active CO/compact RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year case management experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Acute hospital experience in the past year with no more than a 90-day break.

POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES

Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• CO/compact RN license
• BLS
• 1+ year case management experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break

Preferred Qualifications

• Discharge Planning
• ED experience
• Palliative Care Knowledge and GOC Conversation

Facility Location

An amphitheater close to the Civic Center in Englewood is the focal point for visitors of this Rocky Mountain town where many summer concerts take place. Englewood is also famous for the Broken Tree golf facility with its award winning golf course complete with an 18 hole championship course. Kids love Pirates Cove which is open in the summer and includes a play structure, a six lane pool and 35 foot slide facility which includes three different types of slides.
