Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend on‑call coverage (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:30 AM) to support home and facility-based patients in South Carolina. You will conduct evaluations, administer treatments, document care, and ensure continuity of hospice care in alignment with the care plan.

Qualifications

• Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting.
