Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice Wilkes is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care in patient homes or facilities in North Wilkesboro, NC. The role requires an active RN license in the state and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

This full-time position offers top-of-market pay, a 1st shift schedule, a preceptorship program, hands-on training, and a generous sign-on bonus of 15,000.0.

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
