DDN Consulting Services in Connecticut is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a full-time role working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position involves traveling to group homes in Waterbury, Watertown, Thomaston, Naugatuck, Bristol and surrounding towns to support residents with developmental disabilities.

You will oversee, train, and document care plans, review medication administration, and ensure staff follow procedures.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; developmental disabilities experience is a plus.

As an RN, you'll be case managing individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, imparting vital information to the dedicated staff at these group homes.
