Job summary

DDN Consulting Services, LLC seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

The role involves traveling to group homes across Waterbury and nearby towns to provide clinical oversight and advocacy for residents with developmental disabilities. You will guide staff, manage caseloads, and ensure accurate documentation and medication procedures, while supporting career advancement within a

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; developmental disabilities a plus.

• Monitor medical and dental records.
• Review documentation to ensure staff follow procedures for reporting errors in medication administration.

This role involves traveling to select group homes in Waterbury, Watertown, Thomaston, Naugatuck, Bristol and surrounding towns.

As an RN, you'll be case managing individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, imparting vital information to the dedicated staff at these group homes.

Requirements
