Job summary

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state where the position is based.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience; orthopedic, ER, critical care, home care or rehab preferred.
• Certifications such as CCM, COHN, CRRN as required by WC law may be expected.
• Strong nursing judgment and accurate documentation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned medical/disability caseload under guidance to support return-to-work goals.
• Communicate with injured employees, medical professionals, and field staff to obtain information and coordinate care.
• Apply Nursing Process to facilitate medical management and RTW per state rules.
• Leverage internal/external resources to achieve best possible outcomes.
• Document RN activities accurately and maintain confidentiality.
