Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a registered nurse to medically manage caseloads and ensure timely, cost‑effective care to return individuals to work. Under general technical direction, you will apply clinical expertise to optimize outcomes and act as a clinical resource for field claim partners.

Candidates should have a valid RN license, 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, and be prepared to work in a hybrid environment with office commutes within LM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Analyze and document nursing activities with accuracy.
• Build relationships with injured employees and medical professionals.
• Negotiate return-to-work dates and coordinate medical care.
• Knowledge of health care laws and regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard computer software.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned caseload of medical/disability cases.
