Qualifications

• Registered Nurse License (RN) with Compact/Multi-State License required.
• 3 years of experience in Nursing.
• Experience in discharge planning and managed care preferred.

• Performs clinical assessments for member needs.
• Interfaces with Medical Directors and care teams.
