Job summary

Signature Healthcare at Home in the Tacoma area seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive home health nursing care. You will assess patients, develop care plans with physicians, administer medications, and educate families to support independent living at home.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and a driver’s license with reliable vehicle. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday day schedule and benefits as described by Signature Health at Home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and long periods of walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluation.
• Develops and revises the plan of care with the medical provider.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinates patient care with the interdisciplinary team and family/caregivers.
• Provides patient and family education for self-care and disease management.
• Participates in on-call duties and quality improvement activities.
