Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking an RN Case Manager to support the Director of Health and Wellbeing and coordinate nursing services for residents. You will assess, plan, and document care, supervise health staff, and ensure compassionate, person-centered care that aligns with The Waters Way.

Required: RN license in good standing; dementia certification preferred; leadership experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing in the state where the community is located.
• Dementia certification or willingness to become certified is preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing process and resident care plans.
• Supervise health and wellbeing team and delegate appropriately.
• Ensure clinical data integrity and documentation quality.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety for residents and staff.
