The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing with at least 1 year of acute care hospital experience. CA RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are typically required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1 year of acute care hospital experience required.
• 3 years of acute care hospital experience may substitute for the degree and experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and expertise through a continuum of care from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient care while enhancing outcomes and satisfaction and managing cost of care.
• Incorporate admission status and medical necessity determinations to ensure timely and appropriate care and services.
