Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Management Supervisor to lead the Case Management team and oversee daily operations in a hospital setting.

The role requires a BSN or approved nursing program, California RN license, BLS, and 3 years of healthcare experience with 1 year supervisory experience preferred. Relocation and sign-on incentives are offered, plus education and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current California RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct Case Management services under the Manager.
• Supervise RN Case Managers within Case Management/Social Work.
• Manage day-to-day patient care operations, team support, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in meeting financial targets by managing utilization, productivity, personnel and supplies.

Education

Graduate of an approved nursing program

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

CA RN license

BLS Certification

ACMA Certification preferred
