Job summary

Aveanna in Tacoma seeks an experienced RN to lead in-home nursing care, review orders, and update plans of care to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

You will supervise nurses, coordinate with physicians and field staff, and support Start of Care assessments and re-evaluations. Expect travel to patients' homes and adherence to policies.

This role requires WA RN license, CPR, reliable transportation, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must have good standing RN license in WA.
• Must be able to travel to patients' homes within designated territory.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification from AHA.
• Must be willing to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to various age groups.

• Promote and enhance staff clinical expertise to provide safe, quality nursing care
