Qualifications

• RN case manager role requires nursing or medical training.
• Experience with utilization, discharge planning and case management, including exposure to InterQual criteria.

Responsibilities

• Perform case management to ensure admission necessity and appropriate continued stay.
• Coordinate services for a select group of patients and communicate with physicians and health-care teams.
• Support and report on case management initiatives and value-added interventions.
