Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking an RN Manager Case Management to lead a team of clinical professionals and oversee case management, utilization review, and discharge planning. You will collaborate with clinicians to design processes that meet regulatory requirements and support budget objectives.

You will supervise daily activities, including education, staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient throughput.

Qualifications

• RN or LMSW/RCSW-I or RN Diploma or Masters Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Experience in case management, utilization review, or discharge planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department activities including education, productivity monitoring, staffing support, communication and scheduling.
• Lead case management, utilization review and discharge planning responsibilities.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure regulatory readiness and budget participation.
