This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8-5, with pay estimated between $87,000 and $97,000 annually. You will assess patient needs, document progress, and collaborate with physicians to implement interventions while guiding staff in delivering the plan of care.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state of operation.
• Minimum one year RN experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and manage the patient care plan.
• Complete initial patient assessment at admission and collect history.
• Identify appropriate nursing diagnoses and monitor medications.
• Set realistic, measurable goals and communicate with physicians.
• Implement nursing interventions and re-evaluate patient needs.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries timely.
