Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice in the state of operation.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an RN.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and manage the patient’s care plan.
• Complete initial admission assessment and patient history.
• Identify nursing diagnoses and monitor medications for safety and adverse effects.
• Establish goals and coordinate interventions with physicians and staff.
• Document assessments, progress, and discharge notes in a timely fashion.
