Job summary

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility, is part of Universal Health Services. We are seeking an RN with 3+ years in clinical and/or case management in a high-volume setting to design and evaluate care plans with patients, families and physicians.

Under the direction of the Director, Case Management, you will implement tailored plans ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care. RN licensure is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of case management/utilization management experience in a high-volume acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients, family members and physicians to design, implement and evaluate plans of care tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain high-quality, cost-effective patient care and effectively communicate data with medical professionals and stakeholders.
