Qualified candidates have an ASN (BSN preferred) and Alabama licensure, plus at least three years acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of ASN from an accredited college or university.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Alabama licensure.

Responsabilités

• Support physician and interdisciplinary team in facilitating patient care.
• Coordinate utilization management, care coordination and discharge planning.
• Accountable for a designated patient caseload.
• Plan effectively to meet patient needs, manage length of stay and promote efficient use of resources.
