• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2 years of acute hospital patient care experience.
• Active RN license in state(s) covered.

Responsabilidades

• Accurate medical necessity screening and submission for physician advisor review.
• Identify and refer complex patients to Social Work Services.
• Collaborate with physicians, office staff and ancillary departments.
• Timely, complete documentation in Case Management system.
• Identify potentially avoidable days and report over/underutilization.
• Perform related duties as required.
