Regency Home HealthCare in Buffalo, MN is seeking compassionate nurses for hands-on in-home client care on a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time). This role combines skilled nursing visits, advocacy for clients and families, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

You will perform medical treatments as prescribed, monitor client health, coordinate appointments, manage supplies, and maintain documentation in compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota (additional state licensure may be required).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, hands-on nursing care to clients in a private home setting.
• Advocate for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients.
• Conduct health assessments and ongoing monitoring; report findings to supervising staff and physicians.

Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00/hour

Regency Home HealthCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! This position provides a combination of direct care by performing hands-on nursing, advocating for and collaborating with clients & their families, and keeping communication open with the entire healthcare team. Represent the company’s values while maintaining a professional working relationship with others. Perform a combination of hands-on care for medically complex clients on skilled nursing visits. Advocate for clients and assist them in achieving their goals and independence. Follow all guidelines and remain in compliance with documentation and policies.
