Job summary

Regency Home HealthCare in St. Cloud, MN is seeking compassionate RN or LPN to provide hands-on care in clients' private homes. This part-time role offers 4 hours in the morning with no set hours yet, serving medically complex clients with high needs in a one-on-one home setting.

The RN/LPN will coordinate care, advocate for clients, and participate in the healthcare team, with hands-on training provided in a supportive atmosphere. CPR and MN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Hold current RN/LPN license in Minnesota.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Home health care, trach, G-tube, or ventilator experience preferred.
• Demonstrate integrity, good judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients’ physical and mental well-being and provide social support.
• Perform medical treatments and monitoring and report progress to supervisors/doctors.
• Schedule, attend, and follow up on medical appointments.
• Order and track supplies, equipment, and medications for clients.
• Maintain a positive, professional environment and support teamwork.
• Ensure documentation and policies are followed with accuracy.

COMPENSATION:

RN = $38.00-$41.00/hour

LPN = $28.75-$29.25/hour

Description: Regency Home HealthCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! We have a need for PDN care in St. Cloud, MN. The RN or LPN is responsible for caring for clients with high medical needs in a home setting. Represent the company’s values while maintaining a professional working relationship with others. Perform hands-on care for medically complex clients in their home. Advocate for clients and assist them in achieving their goals and independence. Provide overall care coordination and play an active role in the client’s healthcare team. Work in a group setting but on a one-on-one dynamic. Hands-on training provided in a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Hold current RN/LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• REQUIRED: Hold current CPR certification
• HIGHLY PREFERRED: Home health care/public health, trach, G-tube, and/or ventilator experience
• Demonstrate consistent integrity, good judgment, and initiative
