Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an RN Case Manager in the Miami area for a 13-week assignment. Start date 1/4/2027. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care from admission through discharge and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and external providers to streamline transitions.

POSITION DUTIES

Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• FL/compact RN license
• BLS
• 2 years case management experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
• Skilled experience with Assessments, Discharge planning, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, LTAC, and Interqual
