Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager in Memphis, TN. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with an 8:00 am to 4:30 pm shift, start ASAP.

You will coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, collaborating with physicians, nurses and external providers to streamline transitions and support safe discharge planning in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• TN/compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years recent case management experience in acute hospital setting.

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES

Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• TN/compact RN license
• BLS
• 2 years recent case management experience in an acute hospital setting
