Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager in Florida to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring alignment with each patient's medical needs and recovery goals.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care and support safe, efficient discharge planning; the 13‑week assignment runs weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a hospital setting, ASAP start, in Tallahassee.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (FL/compact).
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years of case manager experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Recent acute hospital experience with no more than a 90‑day break.
• Experience with HCA and Midas systems.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• FL/compact RN license
• BLS
• 2 years case manager experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
• HCA and Midas experience
