Job summary

Broadspire Services, Inc. is recruiting an RN Case Manager for the Miami, FL region. This role combines remote work with local field travel to manage medical casework and coordinate benefits.

You will ensure cost-effective case management aligned with URAC standards and Broadspire QA guidelines, supporting Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical case management and workers’ compensation is a plus.
• Ability to manage cost-effective patient care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services aligned with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA guidelines.
• Support patients and employees with benefits under Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Contribute to cost containment and quality outcomes through innovative case management strategies.
