Job summary

**COMPANY** Crawford - Mondiales is seeking an RN Case Manager in the Boca Raton, FL region to join our team. You will perform comprehensive case management, coordinating care and benefits for patients across Workers' Comp, health, liability, and disability programs.

The role offers remote work with local field travel, potential quarterly bonuses, and reimbursement for licenses/certifications, plus continued education support. RN licensure and national certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification required (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services delivering medical case management per URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees covered under insurance lines including Workers' Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
