Boost Home Healthcare - Northern Colorado is hiring registered nurses for PRN, part-time and full-time roles in Colorado. You will conduct initial evaluations, update care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services in patients’ homes, maintaining daily productivity and high-quality care.

Qualified candidates are licensed RNs with current BLS, a nursing degree, and reliable transportation. The position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team culture in a home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of the job posting.

• Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs.
• Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
• Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Provide services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
• Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes and summaries of care conferences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs.

• Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.

Job Type and Pay:

PRN, Part time and Full-time

• $43-$52/hr

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
• Weekends as needed
