Position Description

POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES discharge planning experience; flexible to float to sister hospital

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MD/Compact license; tech savvy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM; EOW

SYSTEMS Epic; work out of multiple EMR's

START DATE 10/12/26
