Job summary

AMN Healthcare in South San Francisco seeks an RN Case Manager to support DCP and UR processes for a 13-week assignment. Start date ASAP, with Epic experience preferred and Kaiser experience a plus. The role involves coordinating care and discharge planning for assigned patients.

POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP and UR

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS license and 3 years' experience in an acute care setting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday- Friday; EOW; 8 hour shifts 40 hours; 8:00-4:30
