Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking an RN Manager Case Management to lead a team of clinical professionals, oversee day-to-day case management operations, and ensure quality patient care. Qualifications

• RN license or LMSW/RCSW-I licensure as applicable
• 5 years experience required
• Master's degree or RN Diploma acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for day-to-day department activities including education, productivity monitoring, staffing support, communication and scheduling.
• Contain case management, utilization review and/or discharge planning responsibilities.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to design processes ensuring regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Assist the director with the unit's financial management and annual budget process.
• Analyze data to drive performance improvement and quality patient care.
