Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of nursing experience in case management or discharge planning, including one year in leadership.
• Valid RN license. CCM and ACCM certifications required.
• Knowledge of utilization review and managed care reimbursement; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tasks of a team of case managers.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
