Job summary

The Research Medical Center is seeking an RN Manager Case Management to lead a team of clinical professionals and oversee case management operations. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory readiness, and participate in budgeting and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include education, staffing support, utilization review, discharge planning, and collaboration with clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure or equivalent clinical social work qualification as listed in job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department activities: education, productivity, staffing, communication and scheduling.
• Manage case management, utilization review and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure regulatory compliance and TJC readiness.
• Assist director with budget development and financial management.
• Drive quality patient care by analyzing data and leading performance-improvement initiatives.

Education

RN Licensed Nurse or LMSW/RCSW-I or RN Diploma or Masters Degree
