Job summary

TidalHealth is seeking a Patient Care Management Educator in Salisbury, MD to lead hospital case management education and credentialing activities. The role ensures licensure compliance, onboarding of new staff, and ongoing competency assessment across the PCM department.

The educator will collaborate with PCM leaders, support population health initiatives, and participate in committee work. A BSN, RN licensure in MD/DE, and CCM/ACMA certification within 2 years are required, with EPIC training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Delaware.
• CCM or ACMA certification within two years of hire.
• EPIC trainer certification within six months of hire.
• Member of an accredited Case Management professional organization.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in Case Management/Utilization Review.
• Experience with electronic EMR.
• Experience delivering presentations to groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Leadership/Management experience preferred.
• Experience teaching adults and clinical education preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability; shifts are variable.

Responsibilities

• Cover all hospital and inpatient Case Management education needs.
• Monitor licensure and certifications; manage orientation and skill-day checklists.
• Coordinate outreach to new employees, logins, and portal access.
• Provide analysis and feedback on performance and compliance to PCM leadership.
• Collaborate with PCM leadership on redesign and re-engineering of Case Management functions.
• Participate in standards-based training and PCM committee meetings.
