Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO seeks a RN Case Coordination supervisor to mentor staff and oversee care coordination initiatives. Full-time, days, with weekend on-call rotation every 6 weeks.

The role partners with Care Services leadership to ensure high-quality discharge planning and cross-department collaboration. Requires BSN, RN licensure, and 2–5 years of RN experience, plus leadership and acute care case management background.

Qualifications

• MSN preferred; leadership and case management experience encouraged.
• 2–5 years of RN experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Acute Care Case Management Experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages individuals hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Assists with operations of unit services and integration with other departments.
• Hires, manages, and evaluates staff and services to build an effective work unit.
• Participates in departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and adheres to goals.
