Qualifications

• Must obtain BSN within five years of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Demonstrates accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of patients.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delegate, validate, and evaluate care and oversee the care provided by other caregivers.
