Job summary

Avamere Rehab of Oregon City is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive patient care, assess residents, administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

This PRN Saturday shift (6 am–6 pm) is at 1400 Division St, Oregon City, with supervision of LPNs and CNAs and accurate documentation. BSN preferred. Requirements include nursing degree, current Oregon RN license, and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold an active RN license in the state (BSN preferred).
• Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes in condition.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and provide staff orientation and training.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and participate in quality improvement.

Education

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Active RN license in Oregon (BSN preferred)
