Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse, Coordinator of Patient Care Services for a full-time evening shift. You will lead a unit’s patient care team, ensure staffing, and coordinate care delivery to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role reports to the Nurse Manager and supports Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives while mentoring colleagues and participating in the Clinical Ladder program.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing from an accredited school.
• Active RN license in state of practice (PA/NJ).
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team.
• Evaluate patient needs and make care recommendations.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing and quality care.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager to improve nursing practice and performance.
• Provide patient care support and participate in governance programs.
