Job summary

PRESIDENTIAL HOME CARE LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team in Marietta, GA. You will create and manage individualized care plans, observe patient conditions, and communicate findings clearly to the team to ensure patient well-being.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and client care skills, and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality home health care. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes to supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
