Job summary

Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to integrate health care across the continuum of care. This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week and a salary range based on experience, with an additional $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, support patient flows, and remove barriers to access. Strong communication and leadership are essential as the role involves engaging multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required for this role.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum of two years' clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with healthcare team to coordinate timely care sequencing.
• Supports patients and families by removing barriers to care.
• Evaluates outcomes using clinical and utilization data to guide practice.
• Communicates effectively with providers, clinics, and insurance entities.
