Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process. You will coordinate with physicians and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and educate patients throughout their stay.

The role requires licensure and a nursing degree, with preferred accreditation and a bachelor’s degree. This is a day shift, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek and potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care and triage with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Educate patients and families and contribute to patient education.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable licensure rules.
