Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and implementing nursing interventions within scope and standards. Experience and licensure requirements are noted; compensation includes a salary range and potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure under NLC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, assess patients, educate patients, and provide nursing interventions.
• Triage and perform nursing duties while collaborating with physicians and other professionals.
