Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Active multistate RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, triage and direct patient care.
• Liaise between front desk, nursing staff, physicians and clinic manager.
• Coordinate care with providers to set patient goals.
• Provide nursing support and patient self-management education.
• Document assessments and plans in EMR; ensure orders are completed.
• Protect patient confidentiality and advocate for safety.
