Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System in Olathe is seeking an Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator to join the Cancer Center. Qualifications

• BSN required; RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Preferred prior medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families and document plans of care in EMR.
• Support continuity of care across hospital admissions, discharge and ER visits.
