The Valley Health System in North Las Vegas is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong utilization management experience to support safe, efficient patient discharges and coordinated care. You will collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to optimize outcomes and ensure appropriate utilization.

Formación
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- A minimum three years experience in varied clinical settings; two years in Utilization Review, Utilization Management or Case Management preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nevada.
- Ability to provide care/service appropriate to the age of patients served.
Responsabilidades
- Discharge planning to ensure safe, individualized transitions for patients.
- Provide proficient timely utilization management services to maximize reimbursement.
- Collaborate with patient, family and healthcare team to achieve quality outcomes.
