AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Care Manager for a 13-week assignment in Chapel Hill, NC. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs to optimize care continuity and cost effectiveness. Start ASAP with a 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday schedule.

The role requires a nursing diploma/ADN or higher, NC/compact RN license, and 2 years of acute care hospital case management experience. EPIC experience is preferred.

Competenze

• RN with Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from an accredited school.
• NC/compact RN license.
• 2 years acute care hospital case management experience.
• Care manager / discharge planning experience.
