Job summary

CSKT Tribal Health Department seeks a Registered Nurse Care Manager in the Ronan/Polson area. The position requires a Montana RN license (or compact equivalent), a valid driver's license, and BLS; ACLS and care coordination certification are preferred. Level 1 requires ASN; Level 2 requires BSN.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license from MT or compact state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Certification in Care Coordination preferred and required within 1 year.
• AMB-BC and other nursing certifications listed as preferred.
• Successful candidate must pass background checks and pre-hire drug testing.
