Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• CA RN license must be obtained on hire and kept current.
• CA Fire and Life Safety Card due within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of healthcare experience in acute/ambulatory/post-acute settings.
• 2 years in Case Management (Care Coordination or Utilization Management) or completion of TIP.
