Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN (Washington) at hire.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of case management (CM) and utilization management (UM) functions to ensure efficient care coordination and timely referrals.
• Review medical necessity and authorization for admitted patients and outpatient requests.
• Coordinate staff schedules and collaborate with Director of Operations and Medical Director to achieve annual goals.
